I saw "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" today, and I gotta say, I was impressed. After somehow managing to dodge spoiler after spoiler for the past week, I really enjoyed finally getting a chance to sit down and watch this film. If there is another one after this, that's cool. If not, also cool. Either way, this is an incredible trilogy that hits upon nearly every part of pirate mythology, and does it well.

Makes me want to play some piratical games, it does. Aw well, fer now I be playin' some pulp games instead.

My review of "Spirit of the Century" by Evil Hat Productions is scheduled to run tomorrow morning in The Parkersburg News. If all goes as planned, I will be posting a link and the article in the morning, and hopefully some additional comments on the game. I don't want to go on too much about it right now, but let me just say I love SotC and I hope to play it some more real soon.
